It was Cornelis Jan Kegge (1923) who arranged for J.P.B. Zuurdeeg, the Tholen City Genealogist to publish the great article (Stamreeks) about the Kegge Ancestry. Mr. Zuurdeeg noted that the signatures of the Kegge’s were similar throughout the ages and that all the Kegge’s were literate at a time when many people were not.
